Full Bio:

Jeff Devoll is the co-founder of The Reach Group, an international speaker, project coordinator, and nonprofit leader recognized for his innovative approach and ability to mobilize large-scale volunteer initiatives.

Over the course of his career, Jeff has spoken to more than one million people across 40 states and 40 countries, inspiring audiences with a message of purpose and action. Through StudentReach mentoring and coaching programs, he has helped guide over 3,500 students, most of them highly at-risk, toward brighter futures.

Beyond speaking, Jeff leads The Reach Group, a network of nonprofits (StudentReach.org, uReach.global, ReachBaja.com) dedicated to transforming lives through hands-on service. Through uReach, more than 15,000 volunteers have participated in domestic and international volunteering expeditions, delivering housing, clean water, and education to communities living in extreme poverty.

When asked what matters most, Jeff points to his 32-year marriage to his wife, Tanya, and his greatest joy—being a father to their three adult children: Robyn, Declan, and Dakota
